  Always have a great experience at Longhorn. Sure, I've gotten different quality of service at different location, but if you go in with the realization that nobody is perfect you'll end up having a better experience. Our server, Karen M., was great. Had a burger that was noticeably under cooked. I ate half of it before I realized then brought it to her attention. She made one attempt to state that's how I ordered it, which I expected, and offered to take it back and cook it my liking. I stressed to her that it wouldn't be necessary and that I would prefer to have it removed from the bill since everyone else would be done with their meal by the time I got it back. She did just that without any more debate. She was very nice and professional.
  
  The way Karen handled that is a prime example, in my opinion, of what makes the difference between a 1 or 2 star and a 4 or 5 star rating.
  
  Also worth noting, this place was super busy when we went. we were seated reasonably soon and Karen didn't seem rushed or in a hurry to get us out for another party. I'll see you all next week!

  Steak good and cooked just right. The manager will make sure your happy. I highly recommend this place.
